It's sad that some of the Italian people or, in this case, institutions may give this feeling. I know some day it will be better.

Honestly... Generally, I really love Italy and anything Italian, but when it comes to efficiency, I hate the Italians with passion. When we lived in Milano, whenever I got my permit, it was already expired. So, I never ever had a valid document because every single time I got it, I had to renew it.

Whenever I thought about efficiency, I wanted to marry a German. Thank God I still married an Italian.

Is there a word such as efficiency in Italian? Or is that a non-concept in the Italian language and culture? Just kidding. ^_^
