Welcome to the third incarnation of my blog. I have finally updated Wordpress (the software running this site), and have also changed the design.
I’ve been using the previous theme called Journalized by Mike Little since Feb 7th 2006, so it’s been a little more than a year. Here is a screenshot of IBC v2.0:
Benvenuti alla terza incarnazione del mio blog. Finalmente sono riuscito ad installare la nuova versione di Wordpress (il software usato per questo sito), ed ho colto l’opportunita’ di cambiare il design.
Ho usato il precedente design (Journalized, di Mike Little) dal 7 Feb 2006, quindi poco piu’ di un anno. Eccovi un screenshot del vecchio IBC v2.0:
The new version, IBC v3.0, is called Andreas09, designed by Andreas Viklund and ported to Wordpress by Ainslie Johnson. I think this is much cleaner and neater, but it is also much easier to customize, thanks to the new Wordpress Widgets.
I still have a few tweaks to be done, but for the most part this design is complete. Let me know what you think of it!
La nuova versione, IBC v3.0, e’ chiamata Andreas09, il design e’ di Andreas Viklund, mentre Ainslie Johnson l’ha adattato a Wordpress. E’ un design piu’ pulito, e sopratutto molto piu’ facile da personalizzare grazie ai nuovi Wordpress Widgets.
Ho ancora alcune piccole modifiche da fare, ma per la maggior parte e’ pronto. Fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate!

Bravo John! Bel design. Pensa che in un anno di Journalized io ho modificato ben 6 template sul mio sito principale e direi altrettanti sul blog. Bah, qualcuno mi aiuti!
Spero che il mio attuale sia stabile almeno per un annetto.
Tornando al tuo nuovo stile, mi piace, è chiaro e lineare. Unica pecca, se posso, a differenza del precedente non sono molto marcate le aree dei vari post e si confondono un po’ l’uno con l’altro. Ma è solo un dettaglio.
